Biography
Dr. Audrey M. Prestonsoto is a speaker and instructor who specializes in Organizational Leadership Training and Management. She is a published author and brings a wealth of knowledge through academic studies and life experiences, and is the founder of Leadership Compass, LLC.
Dr. Prestonsoto's academic wealth includes a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership and a Master's Degree in Management. Dr. Prestonsoto is a graduate of the Department of Defense (DoD) Executive Leadership Program and has also served as an instructor for the DoD Executive Leadership Program.
Dr. Prestonsoto's life experiences include 23 years of active duty with the Armed Forces, five years of federal government service in multiple leadership levels of responsibility, and approximately two years as a contractor for the Department of Defense.
Dr. Prestonsoto's company, Leadership Compass, LLC. evolved out of what she saw as a need to educate Organizational Leaders in the importance of setting the example in ethics, morale, motivation, emotional intelligence, and employee professional development. Her experiences with the DoD, the civilian workforce and various contracting agencies is the fruitful combination any organization needs to overcome adversity.
