Measurable Management™ Program
Measurable Management™ is aimed at team leaders, supervisors and first line managers. The objective of the Measurable Management™ Program is to translate strategy into measurable outcomes by engaging these team leaders to facilitate change. Measurable Management™ has three primary platforms it is built upon: Leadership and Team Building, Process Improvement, and Implementing Improvements.
Organizational Assessment
Assessment of an organization's climate is essential to insuring that leaders are aware of the pulse of the organization and that the organization is achieving its desired goals and exhibiting the climate needed to realize the vision of its leaders. An organization's goals and objectives can best be accomplished through a real commitment from the leaders to meet the employee's motivational needs. Leadership Compass will perform an organizational assessment to examine your company's culture and provide assistance in determining measures that will bring about processes for improvement.
Management Analysis
Our professionals team with organization members to assist in responsibilities involving developing, analyzing, evaluating or improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, management controls and similar functions of management. We possess the expertise to work independently to gather, analyze and evaluate data concerning the organization and then make appropriate recommendations to management on actions that should be taken.
Leadership Development

Process Improvement
The second platform of Measurable Management™, Process Improvement, will provide team leaders with the knowledge they need to implement change. Throughout the program, team leaders will take part in work-based activities that will cause them to evaluate every aspect of their job. Through this process they will identify areas of improvement (also known as Ideas for Action) that fall within the key objectives set forth for the program. By the end of the program, your team leaders act on these Ideas for Action and implement three improvement projects that will deliver measurable results. Measurable Management™ sets the framework for continuous improvement by transferring skills and knowledge that enables your team leaders to translate organization strategies into real, measurable outcomes.
